Nine-month housing

Nine-Month Housing offers residents the opportunity to live in on-campus housing from the first day of occupancy in the fall through May 31st.  Students who are eligible for 9-month housing are able to remain on campus during Winter and Spring Breaks.  This program is housed in the Great Hill Student Apartments.  There is an additional charge for Nine Month Housing.  The total annual cost is $8,210 to be billed  at $4,105 per semester.  The following requirements must be met if you choose to apply for Nine Month Housing:

1. You must be a student accepted with housing or a current resident student who has paid a deposit for the 2012-2013 academic year.

2. You must fall into one of the following categories:

    1. International or exchange students
    2. Independent students (includes those who have aged out of foster care, no longer have relationships with families, veterans and non-traditional aged students)
    3. Student teachers who are required to follow the K-12 Calendar rather than the University calendar
    4. Student athletes whose season requirements do not coincide with the academic calendar
