If you have a work request, you can fill out the work request form available online (click here to go to the form). Most requests can be fulfilled within two to three days. Maintainers will try to fulfill the request as soon as possible, which means that they may complete the work at a time when you are not home.
Sometimes, emergencies arise that require immediate attention. This includes power outages, overflowing toilets, sinks, or showers, no heat, and blown fuses. To request a staff member to handle an emergency, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., call the Office of Residence Life and Housing at extension 1277. After hours, contact the Campus Police at extension 1212.
