Alpha Eta Rho

The Phi Beta Sigma chapter of Alpha Eta Rho is the only international professional aviation fraternity at Bridgewater State College. The fraternity is comprised of men and women who take an interest in the aviation field. The best part about it is that you do not have to be an aviation major to join. However, if you are an Aviation major -- we are a must!

The fraternity is a good place to begin your career in the aviation field. You will build many friendships with people who have the same goals and interests as yourself. The friendships and the experiences you have will last beyond your college years.

The fraternity's philosophy and goals are:
1. To further the cause of aviation in all its branches.
2. To instill in the public mind a confidence in aviation.
3. To promote contacts between the students of aviation and those engaged in the profession.
4. To promote a close affiliation between the students of aviation for purposes of education and research.
