General Billing Information
Payment Options
- Pay your bill online. Click here to access the
BSU Student Account Suite.
- Pay one of our cashiers, located in Boyden Hall, Room 107, with cash, check,
money order, credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard) – Photo identification
is required for all credit card transactions handled in person.
- Mail check or money order made payable to

- Place check or money order in our drop box located in Boyden Hall.
- Call our cashiers at (508) 531-1225 and pay with a credit or debit card.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
- If a student’s account is being paid by a third party, outside Financial
Aid/Scholarships or you are using a Tuition Waiver, the Office of Student
Accounts must have billing information by the payment deadline. Please send
correspondence to the address listed above.
- Set up a payment plan. Bridgewater State
University
now offers a web-based, interest free Payment Plan. The BSU Payment
Plan assists students and their families to spread the semester charges over
4 monthly installments. Starting early July, you will be able to
enroll in the BSU Payment Plan through the BSU Student Account Suite
Not Attending
If you have registered and do not plan to attend classes, you are responsible
for notifying the appropriate office(s). During the university’s drop/add
period, which begins on the first day of the semester or summer session, you
must officially drop your courses via the web or in writing through the Registrar’s
Office. Once the drop/add period has ended, you must officially withdraw from
the university through the Academic Achievement Center. You will be responsible
for all charges if you fail to comply with these instructions.
