To be eligible for this recognition, candidates must meet all of the following requirements.

• Must be scheduled to complete all requirements for an undergraduate degree at Bridgewater State University in January, May or August 2012, as confirmed by the university transcript.

• Must have completed at least 24 credit hours at Bridgewater State University as of fall, 2011 semester, as confirmed by the university transcript.

• Must have and maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0, as confirmed by the university transcript.

• Must be able to demonstrate both academic and co-curricular achievements on campus or in one’s community, as confirmed by the application and any supporting materials submitted.

• Must complete and submit an application (docx) by 5:00 pm on Friday, December 9, 2011.
   
• Must be in good standing in accordance with the BSU Code of Conduct as stated in the Student Handbook.

NOTE: Students may only receive this award once. Therefore, individuals selected by Bridgewater State University for recognition in 2011 (doc) are not eligible.
