Oveall Responsibilies; To work diligently to give the agency a presence on all social networking arenas including but not limited to: YouTube, Facebook, NING, Twitter, Word Press, etc. Key areas of responsibility include: Work with all aspects of the agency to effectively market and promote agency and industry news/success stories, To educate the modern consumer about the Independent Agency, To creatively find new outlets and opportunities for the agency to advertise and promote online, To be consistent and professional in all communications, Write at least 5 blogs per week, Create a system to integrate social networking into every area of the agency. |

Sales aptitude if no work experience, High aptitude for technology and social networking sites, Can do anything attitude, Willingness to work with a team, Professional and creative, and Understanding of how to utilize social networking and promote in a business environment. |
