We are looking for dedicated, resourceful individuals to take inbound customer service calls in our Raynham, MA Call Center. The right candidate would be self-motivated, energetic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Representatives receive inbound calls from our customers across the nation. The position requires: "Professional, courteous phone skills "Ability to continuously learn "Ability to communicate services, products and billing information to customers of NWNA "Ability to problem solve and multi-task "Ability to up-sell additional products "Excellent attendance and flexibility in scheduling "Proficiency in Spanish a plus     "Must be customer service and sales oriented "Call Center experience is a plus "Possess excellent communication skills "Good computer/typing skills (40 wpm) "High School Education or equivalent; minimum age 18+
