Note: Community College students who matriculated prior to fall 2009 and who choose to continue in the Commonwealth Transfer Compact will be required to complete their associate degrees by August 2013 and must matriculate to Bridgewater State University by fall 2014.
The Commonwealth Transfer Compact states that your courses and credits will be transferred and will be applied toward your bachelor's degree if you have met the following requirements.
English Composition/Writing - 6 credit hours
Behavioral and Social Sciences - 9 credit hours
Humanities and Fine Arts - 9 credit hours
Natural or Physical Science -8 credit hours
Mathematics - 3 credit hours
Note: These 35 credits will be applied toward Bridgewater’s core curriculum (formerly known as GERs). A minimum of 25 additional credits will be transferred as Core requirements, major requirements, or free electives.
