Cait "Thunderbird" Morgan was an acclaimed celebrity throughout the world, starring in such well-known movies as "The Spy I Knew," "Condensation," and "What's With Your Hair?" Deciding to make a switch, she tried her hand on Broadway. During the final dress rehearsal, a freak lightning storm caused all of the lights to explode, igniting the theater and (supposedly) killing everyone inside. Cait, however, was somehow spared, and awoke in the extra bedroom of a young couple in Maine three days later with no memory of the tragic events which had recently happened, or anything about her life before. Though she began to search for her identity, it wasn't long until another storm hit, destroying the home of the couple which had sheltered her. During the storm, Cait recalled everything from the weeks before, and realized her terrible secret: She had caused the lightning. Seeking shelter, Cait found the WBIM team, where she gave up on her former life, adopted the moniker "Thunderbird," and began honing her skills.
