The Writing Studio is staffed by an academically diverse group of undergraduate
writing consultants who enjoy writing and providing students with helpful feedback on their writing. In recent years, the staff has included majors in psychology; sociology; biology; mathematics; fine arts; theater; dance, secondary, and elementary education; communications; history; philosophy; and English.
In addition, every consultant takes a course in writing center theory and pedagogy called "Responding to Writing." They also maintain high GPAs, and many have been published in The Bridge, The Undergraduate Review, Embracing Writing, and The Comment. If you'd like to work with a particular consultant listed below--one who specializes in your field of study or area in which you'd like feedback, for example--feel free to call us at 508-531-2053 to request his/her availability.
