Dr. Mary Jo Moriarty Award

This award is presented annually by the Hyannis-Bridgewater Physical Education Alumni Association to a member of the graduating class of the Department of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation, now the Department of Movement Arts, Health Promotion, and Leisure Studies. The recipient is chosen by the faculty on the basis of outstanding service to the department and college.

There is also a Mary Jo Moriarty Lecture Series which is funded from an endowed fund established in Dr. Moriarty's memory.

A lecture is held annually which highlights outstanding professionals in the area.
