The airline industry will be challenged to meet the demand for pilot
staffing over the next 15-20 years. BSU Aviation
is inviting
ALL AIR OPERATORS to access our pool of commercial pilots, flight
instructors and future commercial pilots for
employment opportunities.
We recognizes the need to keep up with the demand for future pilot staffing and BSU Aviation is actively recruiting new candidates to flight train with us. BSU Aviation is a great resource for pilot staffing needs! BSU Aviation is already partnered with local airlines to incorporate professional level operations into our training program. We will continue to evolve even as new regulations change in the FAA pilot certification process. BSU Aviation is inviting regional airline recruiters and all aviation industry operators to interview and recruit our aviation students and graduates. We are establishing official employment articulation agreements to keep the pipeline of qualified candidates flowing into the aviation world. |

Airline
Sponsored Flight Training BSU Aviation is developing a flight training sponsorship program to team up our students with employers. Airlines and aviation employers can invest in the most important safety tool found in the cockpit - pilots. This concept has been in place for years in Europe, Asia and many other parts of the world. BSU Aviation is now introducing this model to U.S. operators. It is a well known fact that commercial pilot applicants have significantly dropped in the last ten years making recruiting difficult. Flight training cost is one of the biggest reasons for this drop. Pilot candidates can progress through the training quickly and efficiently knowing that funding is available. Sponsoring the right candidates can guarantee an operation years of uninterrupted staffing. |
