The College of Graduate Studies
Graduate Research Symposium
April 19th, 2013
Campus Center Large Ballroom

Welcome to the Graduate Research Symposium
The College of Graduate Studies would like to invite all matriculated graduate students to participate in the annual Graduate Research Symposium (GRS), held in April. Sponsored by the College of Graduate Studies, the Research Symposium is an opportunity for graduate students in all fields to showcase their work and to discuss their findings with the community. Graduate faculty are asked to encourage all graduate students to participate in this opportunity.

The deadline for submitting proposals has been extended to April 5, 2013.

While students are encouraged to present their papers individually or in panels, a poster session will be devoted to a more casual "walk-around" presentation style.

Proposals for individual papers, panels, or posters drawn from peer or applied research in all fields of graduate study are welcome.  Relevant creative work supported by graduate research is also welcome.

Oral Presentations
These sessions will be grouped thematically around research topics, each of which should be from 20-25 minutes in length, including question and answer period. Please click here for tips for oral presentations.

Poster Sessions
