Assessment Staff

Dr. Felix Wao, Director of Assessment, is responsible for overseeing assessment related programs and initiatives at Bridgewater State University. These responsibilities include (but are not limited to) supporting the development of program level learning outcomes, advising in the construction of academic program reviews, and adhering to regional and national assessment-based accreditation standards.  Additionally, Felix oversees administration of alumni surveys for program review purposes as well as implementation of various focus groups of students, employees, and university stakeholders. Joanna Bratton, Research Analyst for the Office of Assessment, is responsible for supporting the University's assessment processes including facilitating the collection, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of both qualitative and quantitative assessment data for academic programs as well as the core curriculum. Additionally, Joanna assists academic departments and administrative units with development and administration of various forms of surveys, and helps to develop protocols for and conducts focus groups of students, employees, and university stakeholders.
