Assessment Staff


Dr. Felix Wao, Director of Assessment, is responsible for overseeing assessment related programs and initiatives at Bridgewater State University.  These responsibilities include (but are not limited to) supporting the development of program level learning outcomes, advising in the construction of academic program reviews, and adhering to regional and national assessment-based accreditation standards.  Additionally, Felix coordinates the implementation of various focus groups of students, employees, and university stakeholders, as well as participation in major surveys such as Cooperative Institutional Research Program (CIRP) Survey and the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE).  Felix can be reached at (508) 531-2783 or email felix.wao@bridgew.edu
 

Research Analyst for Assessment (Vacant), is responsible for supporting the University's diversity-related initiatives, programs, and services.  The Research Analyst serves as lead analyst for data collection and analysis efforts pertaining to the University's Project Compass grant.  He or she specifically works with BSU data on students of color as well as first-generation and low-income students. Further, the Research Analyst is the liaison for major national surveys (e.g., NSSE and CIRP) as well as locally developed surveys (e.g., BSU's Campus Climate Survey and Graduating Senior Survey).
