Meet Our Staff


Rebecca Mushet, Assistant Director of Institutional Research and Assessment and BSU alumna, oversees the office's institutional research functions including collection, maintenance and reporting of core institutional data.  Rebecca is responsible for maintaining the University's census files, facilitating the extraction of data from administrative systems and ensuring data integrity and accuracy in analyses.  She oversees mandated state and federal reporting, including HEIRS II and IPEDS, as well as reporting to other external agencies and maintains the metrics for the University's Strategic Plan.  Rebecca also oversees institutional research support of academic program reviews and accreditations.  Rebecca can be reached at (508) 531-2778 or email rmushet@bridgew.edu.

 

Jonathan Bonilla, Research Analyst, assists in the collection, maintenance and reporting of core institutional data.  Jonathan is responsible for analysis and dissemination of institutional data for internal and external purposes.  This includes college guidebooks and surveys such as U.S. News and World Report and the Boston Business Journal, as well as ad hoc requests from faculty, administrators and students.  He also organizes the annual publication of the BSU Factbook and serves as webmaster for the office. Dr. Joshua Twomey, Research Analyst, is responsible for supporting the University's diversity-related initiatives, programs, and services.  Josh serves as lead analyst for data collection and analysis efforts pertaining to the University's Project Compass grant.  He specifically works with BSU data on students of color as well as first-generation and low-income students. Further, Josh is the liaison for major national surveys (e.g., NSSE and CIRP) as well as locally developed surveys (e.g., BSU's Campus Climate Survey and Graduating Senior Survey).
