Resource Guide for Full-Time Faculty and Librarians

This resource guide is intended to provide you with resources and information about working at Bridgewater State College. Its purpose is to help make your job easier and more satisfying. The guide sets no policy but only draws from existing information on the BSC and related websites, referencing those areas that are of most interest to full-time faculty and librarians. It was prepared in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement with the Massachusetts State College Association, Massachusetts Board of Higher Education policy handbooks, and applicable state and federal laws. Please note that this resource guide does not constitute and should not be interpreted as a contract or binding agreement. Should any information in the resource guide conflict with a collective bargaining agreement or federal or state law, the applicable agreement or law will take precedence.
