IT Support Services (formerly Media Service)

The Support Services department in Information Technology provides technical support in the computer labs, classrooms, faculty and administration offices, student technology workshops, and notebook computing centers and for call center operations and audiovisual equipment. You can check out equipment needed for class, or order special equipment to be delivered to your class. You can reserve equipment by calling ext. 2555. Two Support Services Centers are located on campus: the Maxwell Library basement level, and the Moakley Technology Center, Room 130. For more information, see http://it.bridgew.edu/Support/.

Children's Center

The Children’s Center (http://www.bridgew.edu/Depts/ChildrenCenter/) is located in the Burnell Elementary School. For a fee, the Center provides services for children (of students, full-time faculty, Visiting Lecturers, and staff) ages two years nine months through five years, with limited slots also available for children six to eight years of age. The Children’s Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and offers six different enrollment plans, ranging from two half-days to five full days. Health Services

Health Services provides assistance for students with minor injuries and medical problems. Health Services is located on the bottom floor of Tillinghast Hall and can be reached at ext. 1252. For more information, see http://www.bridgew.edu/HealthServices/.

Dining Facilities on Campus

Full-time faculty, Visiting Lecturers, and staff may dine in several locations on campus: the East Campus Commons Dining Facility, the Commuter Cafeteria in the Campus Center on West Campus, the Bridgewater Dining Room in the Campus Center, or Flynn Dining Commons. Adrian Tinsley Athletic Center

Faculty may have access to the Tinsley Center with their Connect card. They may use the gymnasium facilities when not in use by classes or athletics, the suspended track, the shower facilities with towel service, and small equipment. The use of the Fitness Center requires either a $5 per day fee or a membership fee of $100/semester.
