To help you prepare for this important test, Bridgewater
State College has developed a workshop to provide you
opportunities to concentrate on the skills which are
necessary for good performance. Actual past exams and
simulated materials will be used to teach question types and
test strategies including:

Test taking techniques
-
Time saving methods
-
Logical reasoning
-
Verbal ability
-
Math competence
The classroom lessons are a combination of lecture and
review. Lectures give a detailed review of the concepts
found in the test and also discuss test taking strategies.
Homework reinforcement modules include simulated test
problems. After you have completed your assignments, the
instructor discusses problems you do not understand. Course
materials use several types of skill building exercises:
practice drills and remedial work. The instructor will
administer practice tests using actual exams. You will
receive a computer disk allowing you to practice computer
based testing and overcome computer based anxiety.
Students in the GMAT Workshop Receive:

Diagnostic exam, using actual retired tests

Personal assessment report

Student textbook
-
CD-ROM with computer adaptive practice tests (CAT)
that automatically adapt to the student's proficiency
level as they progress through the tests

In class problem solving, concepts and essential
strategies for answering difficult questions

Review of each required testing point
-
Post exam, using actual retired test
-
Additional personal assessment report that tracks
progress and a personal study plan sent to you after
completion of the workshop
Registration
Pre-registration is required. The fee of
$425 includes
instruction, textbook, CD-ROM and other materials.
Registration with fees is due no later than 10 days prior
to the start of the course.
