Burnell Hall Cafetorium Renovation

General Contractor:  TBA

Description:   This renovation consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, supervision necessary for the interior renovation of the Burnell Hall Cafetorium which consists of approximately 5,000 square-feet.  The scope of work includes asbestos removal, demolition, concrete, masonry, doors and frames, flooring, painting, ceilings, HVAC, electrical and telecommunications upgrades.

Status:  This project is currently in the design phase.  Construction on this project to start in May 2012 and is anticipated to be complete by August 2012.

Burnell Hall Gym Renovation

General Contractor:  Systems Contracting, Inc.

Description:   This renovation consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, supervision necessary for the interior renovation of the Burnell Hall Gymnasium which consists of approximately 5,000 square-feet.  The scope of work includes asbestos removal, demolition, concrete, masonry, millwork, doors and frames, flooring, painting, ceilings, HVAC, electrical and telecommunications upgrades.

Status:  Construction on this project to start in November 2011 and is anticipated to be complete by the end of January 2012.

Registrar's Office Renovation

Designer:  LDa Architects

General Contractor:  Elizabeth Contracting

Description:   Renovation of the Registrar's Office which is located on the ground floor of Boyden Hall, approximately 3,300 gross-square-feet.  Work to include demolition, new office configuration, electric, HVAC, paint, carpet, furniture, casework, ceiling and telecommunications.

Status:  Construction on this project began in October 2011 and is anticipated to be complete by January 2012.
