Graduation Central - Undergraduate
Ticket Information
Each graduate, with student ID, who has been approved by their department to graduate,
will receive two guest admit tickets for seating in the Rondileau Campus Center auditorium.
You may request one additional ticket, however, the number of students participating in the
ceremony will determine if a third ticket is issued. Students must submit the online
Commencement Reply Form by
January 2 to receive tickets through the Office of
Student Affairs. Tickets will be mailed to the graduate's permanent address by mid-January.
All guests must have a ticket to be admitted to the auditorium, including children and guests with disability seating requests. Children are not allowed to sit on laps in the auditorium. For safety reasons strollers are not allowed in the auditorium and may be left in the lobby. The college is not responsible for items left unattended. The auditorium balcony is not accessible by elevator and there are several steps to gain access to the balcony. Please take this into consideration when making arrangements for guests with mobility or health issues. Complete a Disability Request Form to make arrangements (See Disability Accommodations). Seating will also be available in the Rondileau Campus Center Ballroom for widescreen television viewing of the ceremony. You may request up to three tickets for ballroom seating if available (see Commencement Reply Form). << Who can Participate? | Undergrad Main Page | Rehearsal >> |
