Employee Appreciation Spring Event

 

"2nd Annual Employee Appreciation Mini Golf Invitational"

The Office of Human Resources would like to thank you for all your efforts this past semester.

Please join us and celebrate a job well done by having fun with your fellow co-workers!


WHEN: Wednesday, May 23, 2012
WHERE: Boyden Quad (Rain Location is the RCC Ballroom)
TIME: Any time between 11:00am and 3:00pm
WHO: All Bridgewater State University Faculty and Staff

 

DETAILS: Join us for our 2nd Annual Employee Appreciation Mini Golf Invitational. There will be a 9 hole mini golf course set up on the Boyden Quad. Teams of 3 or 4 employees will make their way through the 9 hole course while keeping score. At the end of the course, your team will receive a group average which will compete against all other teams for the lowest average to win the "Employee Appreciation Mini Golf Invitational" trophy. Teams must pre-register to lock in a start time. The winning team will be announced the following day via Community Announcements. Those employees who wish to play but do not have a team will be paired with others the day of the event or you may also register as a single.

 

Do you want to lower your group average to increase your chances of winning?

Teams will receive -1 point for each of the following:

 

- Creative team name (the most creative of the event will receive -2 points)

- Having a  team uniform (be creative, a uniform could consist of anything you can think of!)

- Having a team that is comprised of more than one department

- Creating a team cheer (that must be performed while playing)

 

* At the end of your 9 holes, please see Allison Pickup who will be on the quad to submit your score cards and receive your extra points if applicable!

 

If you do not wish to participate in mini golf, stop by and watch others play while enjoying a treat from the Old Fashion Ice Cream Truck that will be parked nearby or grab a hot dog and a drink if you would like! Food will be available from 11:00am - 2:00pm while supplies last.
