Employee Wellness Seminars

Employee Wellness Seminars are provided to help educate our employees on today’s most pressing health concerns. While each seminar may not pertain to every employee, gaining general knowledge from these seminars may be beneficial as the topics may pertain to your co-workers, family or friends. These seminars will help you to build your own library of resources for yourself and for others around you.

The Employee Wellness Seminars are free and open to all faculty, staff, visiting lecturers and hourly employees. As with any opportunity offered by the office of Human Resources, we ask that you talk with your supervisor to seek approval prior to registering or attending any program. For further clarification, please contact the Human Resources Generalist at 508.531.6126.

Additional wellness related seminars may be offered as part of the Lunch and Learn Wednesdays Series offered by The Office of Human Resources. Please review the 2012-2013 Lunch and Learn Wednesdays Series website for seminars that may be of interest to you. www.bridgew.edu/hr/lunchandlearnwednesdays.cfm.
