Study Away Options

Study Abroad

Study Abroad is a full semester or academic year in another country of your choice. Many students opt for the full semester option, as it is the best way to fully immerse yourself in a different culture. Some of the popular places of study include Australia, Italy, and Spain. Students that choose to study abroad participate in  meetings that allows them to meet other BSC students traveling abroad to the same country.

Exchange Programs

Exchange Programs are full semester programs and one of our partner institutions. Exchange Programs are an affordable alternative to Study Abroad. Students pay tuition and fees to Bridgewater State College and pay only room and board at their host institution. Students may choose to study in places such as England, Ireland, Japan, Jordan, Canada, Brazil and Hong Kong.

Study Tours

Study Tours are an alternative to full semester study abroad programs. Study Tours are 3 credit courses that travel anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks. Students earn credit while traveling with other BSC students and faculty! There are no pre-requisites and study tours are open to all majors. Space is limited so apply early!
