Special Collections/Archives

The Special Collections Department maintains collections such as Lincoln, Dickens, early children's books, and former textbooks used at Bridgewater State College.

The College Archives include, among other documents, yearbooks, catalogs, faculty and student publications and master's theses, as well as records of the early history of the college; also college publications, such as The Comment, Alumni News, and Bridgewater Today.

Third floor of the Maxwell Library, Rooms 302A & 302B

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, evenings and weekends by appointment

Access:

Only in the reading room, supervised. Although restricted, use for research is permitted. Restrictions are made for the protection of privacy, rarity, and copyright rights.
