The Library is providing more online access to its print journal titles. Below are the new additions to the list mentioned in our previous What's New:
This database provided by Thomson Gales database vendor contains articles from 8,000 academic journals, the majority in full-text; hundreds of podcasts and transcripts from NPR, CNN, and the CBC; and full-text New York Times content to 1995. Coverage varies by journal title.

Hayden Planetarium is provided by the Department of Astrophysics at the American Museum of Natural History. Its mission is to bring the frontier of astrophysics to the public via exhibitry, books, public programs, and on-line resources. The video archive contains movies that can viewed online. They include stories in four subject categories: Solar System, Stars, Falaxies, and universe. (8/16/06)
AstronomyOnline.org is designed to be a resource, a first stop for those who are interested in Astronomy. The content of this site is divided into several major categories including observation, science, solar system, stars, our galaxy, cosmology, astrobiology exoplanets, and astrophotography. Each category also consists of sub-groups. This site is very easy to navigate and is a good starting point to learn astronomy. (8/16/06)
