Textures, the BSU Chamber Ensemble

chamberEnsemble.jpgTextures is a BSU student music ensemble comprised of instrumentalists and vocalists who perform works in a variety of styles from classical to modern. Textures takes an innovative approach to performance, weaving audience participation and narrative with music. Past concerts have included Schubertiads (interdisciplinary, informal concerts) as well as performances in the beautiful Horace Mann Auditorium on the Bridgewater State University campus. Textures was founded in 2004 by Dr. Deborah Nemko, pianist and director of the group and is listed as MUSC 115 in the university catalog.
