A Massachusetts native, Dr Jennings' goal is to identify and implement the ways that BSU can contribute to the development of the regional innovation economy. Her specialties include program and project management especially in the sciences, academic and technical outreach, and higher education administration. She holds a PhD from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
