This fantastic case study of bootstrapping will discuss the pluses and minuses of starting a business with very little cash. Henchy has over 25 years experience in online media, hospitality, and higher education. He has not only written about but also lived the bootstrapping experience and has a passion for opening companies. This combination makes him an effective speaker on this topic.

Panelists will address bootstrapping from the perspective of leadership, finance, and operations. They are as follows:

Rochelle Nemrow is the President and Founder of FamilyID,  a Weston based company which provides centralized online program registration to families. She has over 25 years experience as an entrepreneur and marketer. She has been involved in all aspects of business, from inception to acquisition, and has consulted with dozens of companies on their business and marketing strategies and implementation.
