Online Preference Process

The Room Change Process for the fall of 2009 has ended.

We will no longer work with requests submitted through the room change process. If your request was not granted, you will need to submit an online prefernce request beginning at 9 AM on Monday, November 30, 2009.  Please note, that if you are in an additional occupancy space, you will be moved through the Additional Occupancy Shuffling Process.  For more information about shuffling, refer to the Additional Occupancy Program section of our website.

Fill out your request completely. You will be contacted, if and when your request can be honored, at your Bridgewater email address. Don't forget to check it! Failure to respond to a room change offer could result in the offer being cancelled. If you are requesting to live with a particular person, you both must complete a form requesting each other.

Requests are honored on a first come, first served basis. Once the system goes live, each request will be electronically stamped with the date and time received. As spaces become available, our office will contact students who have submitted requests based on the order in which they are received. Every effort is made to accommodate preferences, but there is no guarantee that your request will be honored.
