Room Selection: Selecting during Same Room Sign-up
In order to participate in Room Selection, you must complete the Residence
Hall License Agreement at
http://reslife.bridgew.edu/ApplyOnline between 9 AM on
March 25th and 5
on April 11th. Students who do not complete the agreement will be
unable to select during the room selection process.
We recommend that you either open the room selection system in
a different window or print out this page so that you can follow the
directions while in MyHousing.
These are the steps you will need
to follow in order to sign up for the same room.
- Answer 'YES' to the same room sign-up question on the Personal
Preferences tab in MyHousing.
Before Same Room Sign-up Period: Set up your
- Only students who answer yes to this question will be able to sign up to live in the same room/suite.
On April 16th or 17th: One of the group members who
currently lives in the room/suite/apartment must login to the
system to select the room/suite/apartment and assign each student in your
roommate group to a bed within the room/suite/apartment.
- You will use a roommate group to pull people into your
room, suite or apartment.
To fill your room click the "Select Room" button beside your
room.Confirm that your roommate(s) are all displayed in the available
spaces in your room/suite. Students who now live in a double may be
place into a single within the suite.Once you are sure the information
is correct, click "I Agree - Submit My Room Selection" You will
not be able to change your assignment once you click this button.All members of your group will receive a confirmation email and may view
their assignment information on MyHousing. All members are now done
with room selection and will not be able to participate in Web Lottery.
- If your room/suite/apartment is eligible for same room
sign-up, it will
appear as the only option.
