Room Selection: Selecting during Web Lottery
In order to participate in Room Selection, you must complete the Residence
Hall License Agreement at
http://reslife.bridgew.edu/ApplyOnline between 9 AM on
March 19th and 11:59
PM
on April 1st. Students who do not complete the agreement will be
unable to select during the room selection process.
We recommend that you either open the room selection system in
a different window or print out this page so that you can follow the
directions while in MyHousing.
- Log on to MyHousing by entering your Banner ID and pin number.
When prompted select to login to "MyHousing".
- Before Web Lottery: If there are other people you would
like to live with set up your
Roommate Group.
- Once your selection time is activated: Login to
MyHousing and select the room/suite/apartment by choosing "Select
a Room/Suite" under the "Room Selection" link on the left side of the screen.
- Search for your desired room/suite/apartment. If you
have a roommate group you will only see options that
accommodate your group.
- View the available options and make your selection:
- You will be able to view students who
already selected spaces in each room or
suite, by clicking on the room number.
- To select a room (or a space in a room), click the "Select
Room" button beside your room.
- Confirm that your
roommate(s) are all
displayed in the available
spaces in your room. (If
applicable)
- Once you are sure the
information is correct,
click "I Agree -
Submit My Room Selection".
You will not be
able to change your
assignment or go back to
pull other students in, once you click
this button.
- To select a suite or apartment, click
the "Select Suite" button
beside any room in the suite or apartment.
- Arrange your suite or
apartment by placing each
member of your roommate
group into the appropriate
room.
- Once you are sure the
information is correct,
click "I Agree -
Submit My Room Selection".
You will not be
able to change your
assignment or go back to
pull other students in, once you click
this button.
- If there are no options available, you
should reconfigure your roommate group.

- All members of your group will receive a confirmation e-mail and may
view their assignment information on MyHousing. All members are now
done with the room selection process.

If you are unhappy with the space you selected, you will be able to submit
an online preference. The link will be in your confirmation e-mail.
