Global Village

The Global Village Residential Learning Community promotes internationalization at BSU by providing support for incoming international students, returning Study Abroad students and students with international, regional or global majors or minors.  

This program is housed in Weygand Hall.

The following requirements must be met if you choose to live in the Global Village:

1. You must be a student accepted with housing or a current resident student who has paid a deposit for the 2013-2014 academic year.

2. You must either be an international student, have Study Abroad experience, have a regional or global major or minor or have interest in global studies.

3. You must apply and be accepted into this housing option.

 

How to Apply:

• When submitting your license agreement: Check "yes" when asked "Are you interested in Living in the Global Village Learning Community?" in the Personal Preference section.
• Complete a global village application (between March 25th-March 29th) on the following website:  Residential Learning Community Application
