THINGS TO KNOW IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO LIVE OFF CAMPUS FOR THE SPRING:

 

Are you planning to withdraw from the university at the end of the Fall semester?

You should submit a Housing Withdrawal Form by Friday, November 30th to avoid being billed for Spring housing. 

Are you planning to move out of university housing at the end of the Fall semester?

Please note that you agreed to a one-year contract for housing when you completed the Residence Hall License Agreement. 

·     If you submit a Withdrawal Form by Friday, November 30th you will be released from your contract and will not be responsible for spring housing charges.  You will however forfeit your $300 room deposit.

·    After November 30th, you must petition to be released from your contract.  Information on the Petition process can be found on-line.

o   If your petition is granted, you will be released from your contract and you will not be responsible for spring housing charges.  You will however forfeit your $300 room deposit.

o   If your petition is denied, you will not be released from your contract and you will be responsible for spring housing charges.
