Tips on Becoming a Successful Principal Investigator

In the article "Becoming a Successful Principal Investigator" featured in the Chronicle of Higher Education, David A. Stone, Director of the Office of Sponsored Projects at Northern Illinois University, gives some great insights for prospective PIs. Stone holds a Ph.D. in technology and society from Boston University, where he also earned a combined bachelor's and master's degree in forensic psychiatry studies. All of his academic training was in a special interdisciplinary program.
