THE ORGANIZATION OR STRUCTURE

Every proposal narrative is different in terms of format, sections, headings, page limits, etc.  The first step would be to identify specific instructions from the application guidelines and be sure to follow them exactly. 

However, sometimes proposal instructions are vague, in which case you would need to develop a structure that best fits your project.  In this case, we've provided the following template to help get you started:
