Subawards

If a portion of the work is to be completed by another institution or company, you must identify them by name and indicate the total anticipated cost. This involves developing or having that organization develop a budget with the same level of detail as your own, describing that organization's costs.  Also be aware that this budget may need to be approved by that organization's office of sponsored programs, just as sub-awardees to BSU need to be reviewed and approved through the OGSP before being submitted by the applicant to the funder

Other Direct Costs

Identify any other expenses necessary for completion of the project, such as student tuition, participant support costs, postage, publication costs, etc.
