eBill (electronic billing) is an online interface that enables Bridgewater State College students to view their current and previous billing statements and make electronic payments over the web using a credit card or a personal check. Bridgewater State College’s online billing system is secure and all payments are processed through the TouchNet payment gateway, which utilizes industry-leading security standards.
In addition to viewing statements and paying bills online, eBill allows students and the authorized users they designate to establish payment profiles and allows students to elect to have their refunds processed electronically into their personal checking account.
YES! Bridgewater State College's online billing system is hosted on a secure web server and the personal profile and payment information of students and their authorized users is kept secured using industry-leading security features.
You can pay by credit card or electronic check. The eBill Payment Suite accepts either Visa or Master Card and electric check payments can be made via personal checking accounts only.
Anytime! eBill is available online any time, 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
Students simply log into the eBill system through the Student Account's website: www.bridgew.edu/studentaccounts. Click on the eBill icon. This will take you to the BSC Student Account Suite. Log in under Students and Staff using your Banner Id and your InfoBear PIN. Once logged into eBill, you can set up your personal and payment profiles, which allows you to save payment information. Students can also add authorized users to their account, giving those users the ability to log in to eBill with the authorized user's email address and password (unique to the authorized user). Authorized users can view statements and make payments.
No, you must have a BSC email address in order to receive all correspondence regarding new statements. The BSC email address is the official means of communication regarding eBill. Please click here to claim a BSC email account.
If you know your BSC email address and password, you can get your Banner Id and/or PIN online. Please click here to retrieve your Banner Id and/or PIN number.
The eBill service is available to all Bridgewater State College students and their authorized users. Students may elect to give access to their parents, spouse, etc. All information is kept secure and individual users can't see or view payment profiles or banking information of other users. Students also have the ability to limit what information their authorized users have access to.

You can still deduct items such as health insurance (if covered), parking decal (if not needed), outside financial aid/scholarships, tuition waivers, etc. and submit your payment less these items. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions for further instructions on how to handle these exceptions.
