Who's Who Nomination Form
for Faculty/Administrators

Students who meet the eligibility criteria below may be nominated by members of the college faculty and administration. To make a nomination, please complete the required information for each nominee and submit this form by Friday, November 25, 2011. Students nominated will be contacted by the Who's Who Committee and encouraged to complete an application form so that they may be considered.

Eligibility Criteria

  • complete undergraduate degree at BSU in January, May  or August 2012
  • completed at least 24 credit hours at BSU as of  Fall, 2011
  • cumulative GPA of at least 3.0

 
  • demonstrated academic, co curricular, leadership and/ community service achievements
  • complete and submit an application by 5:00 pm  on Friday, December 9, 2011
  • must be in good standing in accordance with the BSU Code of Conduct as stated in Student Handbook
