Our Services

Located in the Academic Achievement Center on the ground floor of the Clement C. Maxwell Library, the Bridgewater State University Office of Testing Services offers the southeastern Massachusetts, New England, and BSU student community a comprehensive group of academic and professional exams. We are an active member of the National College Testing Association (NCTA) and participate in their Consortium of College Testing Centers (CCTC) program. Currently, we administer the following exams:

Praxis Series	FAA Knowledge Series
CLEP	PSI Licensure Series
DSST	Correspondence Exams
TOEFL iBT

Test candidates are responsible for adherence to BSU Testing Services' policies. All candidates should read the BSU Testing Services Policy Note.

Location and Parking

We are located in the center of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, on the Bridgewater State University campus. Our office is on the ground floor of the Maxwell Library, inside of the Academic Achievement Center. We have a dedicated entrance/exit on the side of the library, on the quadrangle between the library and the Rondileau Campus Center.

Visitor parking is available in the West Campus Lot (formerly the Chapel Lot) next to the Kelly Gymnasium on 34 Park Avenue. If the lot is full, additional parking is available in the Moakley Center Parking Lot on 100 Burrill Avenue or the Woodward Hall Driveway Lot on 115 Grove Street.

Bridgewater State University has a commuter rail stop right here on campus, on 85 Burrill Avenue, adjacent to the West Campus Lot. Our stop is on the Middleborough/Lakeville line. Inclement Weather Policy

In cases of snow and other inclement weather, BSU Testing follows Bridgewater State University's closure policy. If the university closes due to weather, or any other reason, BSU Testing closes as well. For the most up to date weather-related closure information, refer to the BSU homepage; in the case of a closure, a message will be posted on the university's homepage. You can also call the campus weather line at 508-531-1777.

Any exams that need to be rescheduled due to weather-related closures will not incur any extra fees or charges.
