  • As a new student at BSU, you will receive an email from BSUaccounts@bridgew.edu to the email address used to create your admission account with details on how to access your User Account.
  • Your account will give you access to your BSU email and the campus wireless network, among other things, via the Student Portal.
  • If you have any questions about accessing your account, please contact IT Support at 508-531-2555 or ITSupport@bridgew.edu.

2. Retrieve your personal identification number (PIN)

  • Once you access your User Account, you need to retrieve your PIN, which is required to access other electronic services on campus such as InfoBear, your web registration tool.
  • If you are experiencing difficulties retrieving your PIN, please contact IT Support at 508-531-2555 or ITSupport@bridgew.edu.

3. Complete the mandatory “Transfer 101” online program

  • You must complete the Transfer 101 online program. Only students that have indicated their intention to enroll are allowed to participate.
  • You will be required to enter your BANNER ID, sent in your acceptance information.

4. Enroll and attend mandatory Transfer Advising Workshop

(Available at the end of Transfer 101)

  • You need to register and attend one Transfer Advising Workshop session. During the session, you will meet with an academic advisor from the Academic Achievement Center to finalize your course schedule. You will be prompted to enroll at the conclusion of the Transfer 101 online program in Step #3.
  • You must complete the Transfer 101 online program (STEP #3) and should register for classes (STEP #6) before you attend this session.

7. Register for your courses

  • You must have a Student Health and Wellness form on file with the Office of Health Services within 30 days of registering for classes.
