[b]Dr. Lee Torda[/b], assistant professor of English, and four students are spending nearly three weeks in Israel this month. The young writers are working on creative nonfiction pieces focusing on different aspects of life in Israel.

The students are [b]Margie Howe[/b], [b]Bligh MacDonald[/b], [b]Caragh Poh[/b], and [b]Kirsten Ridlen[/b]. They will use Haifa University as their home base, but will get to tour much of the country.
