STUDENT GRANTS FOR RESEARCH AND CREATIVE WORK
- Semester Grants: We offer funds for project-related expenses, such as books, laboratory materials, interview and photography equipment, art supplies, and travel to field-research sites.
- Student Opportunities as Apprentice Researchers (SOAR): Through the SOAR program, first- and second-year students from underrepresented groups work part-time as paid apprentices, assisting and collaborating with faculty mentors conducting research in any discipline.
- The Adrian Tinsley Program (ATP) for Undergraduate Research and Creative Work Summer Grants: ATP Summer Grants of $4,000 provide students with rewarding opportunities to conduct in-depth research or creative work for ten weeks in the summer.
- Conference Travel Grants: Bridgewater students accepted to present their work at an academic conference are eligible for Conference Travel Grants that cover travel, lodging, meals, and conference registration fees up to $1,000.
