Investigate a Rewarding Career Path
With a Criminal Justice Degree from Bridgewater State University
From examining crimes and cases to helping keep communities safe, Bridgewater State University’s Department of Criminal Justice prepares you to make an impact on people’s everyday lives.
BSU’s criminal justice programs — including concentrations in racial and social justice, victimology, and youth and juvenile justice — examine criminal behavior through a social justice lens in order to understand the cultural, legal and social contexts that play a role in criminology.
We also offer a master’s in criminal justice with four concentrations — administration of justice, crime and corrections, restorative and transformative justice, and trauma and victim studies — as well as two graduate certificate programs in restorative and transformative justice as well as trauma and victim studies.
BSU’s in-person and online criminal justice degree coursework helps you to think about criminal justice in a broad framework. Because the U.S. criminal justice system involves law enforcement, the courts and corrections, Bridgewater’s criminal justice programs take an interdisciplinary approach with your coursework.
