Dr. Wing-kai To

Institute Director and Administrative Co-Director

Dr. Wing-kai To is the Assistant Provost and Senior International Officer at Bridgewater State University. He oversees international operations at the University and has been involved with the Mandela Washington Fellowship Institute since 2016. He can be reached at wto@bridgew.edu.

Ms. Susan Williams is Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Provost/Senior International Officer, to the Director of Global Programs, and to The Journal of International Women's Studies in the Minnock Institute for Global Engagement at Bridgewater State University. She serves as the budget manager and event coordinator at the Minnock Institute for Global Engagement in support of global studies programs.
