Official Transcript Request
System maintenance will be performed beginning this afternoon, Friday July 21.
During this maintenance window, transcript requests for former students can be submitted, however, orders will not process and send until system maintenance is complete.
Current students will be unable to access Infobear to request a transcript during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
PLEASE NOTE: Transcripts cannot be released if financial obligations are outstanding.

Q: What is an E-Transcript?
A: The E-Transcript is a PDF document of your official transcript.
Q: How do I pay for my transcript request?
A: You can make payment via credit card online.
Q: How long does it take for an E-Transcript to be sent?
A: An E-Transcript is typically sent within 60-90 minutes. Some transcripts (such as records with holds or records prior to 2004) may require longer processing time.
Q: Can I have it sent directly to another college/university?
A: Yes, you can have your transcript sent to multiple locations.
Q: Can I have it sent directly to me?
A: Yes, however most colleges/universities and outside agencies will only accept a transcript directly from BSU. Therefore, it's best to confirm first, as once you open the secure link the transcript is no longer considered "official."
Q: How will I know when it's been sent?
A: You will be notified when your transcript has been sent, received and opened.
Q: Do I need to come to the Registrar's Office to request a copy of my transcript?
A: NO. You can order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Q: Can I still come to the Registrar's Office and request an "on the spot" transcript?
A: Yes. However, request and payment must be made online at Parchment and a hard copy transcript is twice the price of an E-Transcript. With E-Transcripts available in minutes, there is no need to have hard copies of your transcript on hand.
