Clark, Jr., ’83, Esq. welcome you to join us under the stars at the steps of historic Boyden Hall for an evening dedicated to fostering student development through internships.
Throughout our history, BSU has launched the lives and careers of thousands of graduates. Bridgewater — and our students — are adaptive, innovative and resourceful. In today’s workforce, these characteristics are more essential than ever and we depend on the generosity of our entire community to keep the doors of opportunity open for our students.
Over 85 percent of BSU graduates remain in Massachusetts, stimulating, strengthening and sustaining the Commonwealth with their talents. Often our students cannot afford to give up their work commitments to participate in unpaid internships.
Paid professional experiences and strong support systems help our students on their path to graduation and offer them opportunities that translate to successful careers. As Bridgewater State University’s single largest fundraising event, the Leadership Celebration is the primary way we generate internship funds for our students — helping them find their career pathways and providing them opportunities for professional running starts.
