Graduate Reinstatement Application

Graduate students currently in a program that have not taken a course in over a year must be reinstated before they are able to register for courses.

Please be sure to review the "Graduate Academic Policies" section of the Catalog prior to completing your application for reinstatement!

Follow the steps below to complete a graduate reinstatement application:

Students with an Online Application Account (not Banner ID)

Students who have already created an account in our online application portal can use the link below to complete a reinstatement application.  Simply log into the account with your email and password.  Please note this is not your Bridgewater State University student account or Banner ID; it is only for the admissions portal.

Students who do not have an account in our online application portal can use the link below to create an account and complete a reinstatement application at the same time.

Next Steps

You will receive an email from the Graduate Admissions office when your application to be reinstated has been processed.  Please note that there may be additional stipulations required for reinstatement that will be communicated via email.  Please be sure to contact your advisor or graduate program coordinator with any questions.
