Senior College is always looking for new courses to add to our schedule.

Proposals for the fall semester are due by June 1, and proposals for the winter/spring semester are due by Nov. 1.

If you would like to propose a course, please email the following items to Jennifer Reid, Director, at SeniorCollegeCourses@bridgew.edu:

  1. Course title and description of your course (description should be less than 120 words), please be creative and write it out in paragraph format.
  2. A short personal biography about yourself (less than 80 words).
  3. Your schedule, include the specific dates and times that you are available to offer your course (and any additional availability that you have). We do our best to accommodate your availability, when possible. Zoom courses can be at any time between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (Monday through Saturday).
  4. Your preference for teaching online, in-person or hybrid. Hybrid courses may take place on Zoom but then include a “field trip” or a “meet up” of your choosing. In-person courses take place in Bridgewater, Plymouth and Easton.

Please note: If you plan to teach your course virtually, you are expected to have a solid working knowledge of Zoom.
