Prerequisite: ACFI 341 with a minimum grade of "C-"; or may be taken concurrently with ACFI 341 with consent of instructor The qualifications and professional code of conduct of the auditor are discussed in this course. Attention will be focused upon auditing procedures, including the preparation of audit working papers and other steps required in the course of an audit. Offered spring semester.
